By staying at Heavens Ladies Hostel or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

This hostel is strictly for women. Valid ID proof (Aadhar mandatory) must be provided during admission.

Room allocation is subject to availability. Advance confirmation and payment may be required.

Rent must be paid on time as per hostel rules. Delay in payment may lead to penalties or cancellation.

Check-in and check-out timings are as per hostel management rules.

Residents must maintain discipline, respect others, and follow hostel guidelines at all times.

Visitors are allowed only with prior permission and during permitted hours.

CCTV surveillance is available for safety. However, personal belongings are the resident’s responsibility.

Smoking, alcohol, illegal activities, and misconduct are strictly prohibited inside the hostel.

Any damage to hostel property will be charged to the resident.

Advance payments may not be refundable depending on cancellation policy.

Management reserves the right to update rules at any time.

The hostel is not responsible for any personal loss, theft, or damages.
